You will need:
A clear DBS check

Two references

Experience in childcare is a plus.

Duties include:

  • Having sound knowledge of safeguarding/ child protection
  • Taking care of and furthering children's knowledge by updating their learning journeys.
  • Planning activities for the children based on the EYFS.
  • Teaching and playing with children aged 0
  • Communicating well with parents and being a strong reliable team member.
  • Supporting the staff and children during day to day routines.
  • Assist in the care and supervision of children in the nursery
  • Engage children in ageappropriate activities and play
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children
  • Assist with feeding, nappy changing, and toileting as needed
  • Follow established routines and schedules
  • Communicate with parents regarding their child's day and any concerns or updates
  • Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure a positive and nurturing environment
