The Castlebay Hotel is a 15 bed hotel in the Outer Hebrides. We are looking for two people to join our hospitality team. Barra has beautiful beaches and would suit anyone interested in the outdoors.

Applicants are expected to have some experience in hospitality and undertake one, or all of these roles:
bar work, housekeeping and assisting in the kitchen when required.

Our main requirements are that you have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people and have a keen interest in actively engaging with guests.

We will provide accommodation in a static caravan two minutes from the hotel, with views over the bay.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests in the bar and serve drinks.
  • Clean and restock the bar.
  • Undertake housekeeping tasks when required
  • Assist in the kitchen when required.

Salary:
£11.00 per hour
