  • Tosupport the roll out of the IT strategy as set out by the DivisionTechnology Lead.
  • Providedirections and guidance to local IT Managers and MSP`s for theOn-Demanddivision.
  • Develop andmonitor KPIs for IT teams, IT operations, infrastructure, projects,and service delivery to measure performance and identify areas forefficiency.
  • Oversee andsteer IT Projects from initiation to completion ensuring projectsare delivered on time and withinbudget.
