You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience, and will also have a good eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, able to work with a diverse range of people, and administration experience.


You will be joining a dedicated friendly team in a fast-paced environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential.

Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided, the position would involve primarily concentrating on answering the phones to our Service Users and Primary and Secondary Care professionals, the role is not limited to the telephones and would involve supporting the administration team.

You need to be willing to learn new systems and to develop yourself with the support of your team and managers.
