Enable supported employment service has a vacancy for 1 Support Manager for the Work and Health Programme to support people with disabilities and complex barriers and the long term unemployed into employment.

The successful applicants will provide support to clients, assess and review referrals to the service and advise on future employment and career options, liaise with employers and referring organisations, help with job searching and post-employment support.

Facilitate and support customers both individually and in groups with their "Search for Work" and learning activities.

You will need to be a good communicator with good inter-personal skills focussed on achieving positive outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate, develop and enhance your skills in a rewarding and challenging environment.

You must possess a good level of education. Ideally, you will have experience of working with supported employment customers. You must be able to travel to a wide variety of locations.
