Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Representatives to market and sell products and services:
  • Qualify and process sales leads and set up organizations in the CRM system
  • Perform sales calls and organize client visits for sales representatives and coordinate followup
  • Assist with local tender enquiries
  • Coordinate promotional activities at local market level
  • Record outcome of sales process and distribute statistical sales reports to key stakeholders
  • Enter new organizations into the CRM system
  • Manage quotation requests for new business:
  • Receive quotation request
  • Gather order and delivery requirements from customer
  • Request transportation rates for pre
- and on-carriage

  • Select carrier and compile transportation quotation
  • Ensure all quotations produced are followed up

Skills required

  • Good knowledge of freight forwarding operational processes, min. two years of experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to find efficient solutions for the customer
  • Customer service driven attitude, good telephone manner with proficiency
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English/ (other local language), both verbally and in writing Applicant must be eligible to work in Thailand legally.
