We currently have multiple vacancies for Machine Minderswithin our HRA operation. These posts present a fantastic opportunity for the right individuals to progress their career within the Oscar Mayer group.

What you'll be doing:

  • To work within the health and safety guidelines laid down in the working instructions.
  • Build and prepare all depositing equipment to work efficiently on line 100%.
  • Set up depositors as required by the line schedule with no sauce leaks.
  • Set up pasta weighers, potato pumps, cheese depositor, tray diverters and tray detester when plan is required for them.
  • Ensure that the depositor is set up to meet the product coverage standards required by the customer.
  • Sauce weights are controlled at initial set up of line and with the product specification.
  • Interpret the daily plan, ensuring that the line is ready to run the next product
  • Stated, changeover time or less.
  • Be able to solve minor problems with the Line Leader and Second eye in the assembly area.
  • Towards tray contamination, correct trays, sauce coverage.
  • Reporting faults to Manger, supervisor, and Engineering Department.
