Café Supervisor at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden

We are excited to be recruiting for a Café Supervisor based in our Bars & Cafe department.

What is requested from you:

  • Be reliable, great team players with excellent performance in organization skills
  • Be able to communicate with confidence, with a good standard of English
  • Have a great eye for detail and exemplary personal presentation
  • Be able to adapt to quickly changing situations
  • Lead a team of at least 1015 and encourage teamwork while under pressure
  • Open to development with guidance as well as selfimprovement
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Experience required
