Your Role:

The Finance Operations Manager oversees all accounting operations, including billing, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.

What you'll do:
  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition
  • Facilitate month-end and year-end close process
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
  • Maintain high-quality control of financial transactions and reporting
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll cycles
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
  • Review and implement financial policies
  • Identifying problem areas and presenting recommendations to company management
  • Undertake additional financial tasks as necessary
Who you are
  • 2+ overall accounting and finance experience; in the SME tech space desirable
  • Expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, and bookkeeping
  • Proficient with Spreadsheet and financial software; Xero experience desirable
  • Solid grasp of financial regulations
  • Analytical with strong numerical and time management skills
  • BSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar; CFA/CPA desirable
