Some key responsibilities include:

  • Own and drive the quality improvement agenda and maintain all quality measures.
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of the QMS and BMS.
  • Manage all audits and certifications to applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality is delivered from design and engineering to customers.
  • Champion the quality vision, charter, measures, and principles.
  • Develop and execute quality management strategy and plans to integrate within the organization's business strategy.
  • Take charge of total quality cost and drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish standards for activities and products, and measure performance against them.
  • Maintain compliance with the Company's Quality standards and accreditations.
  • Identify opportunities for improving product and service quality and recommend necessary actions.
  • Plan and manage quality activities according to targets and timescales.
  • Report on performance against standards and take necessary actions.
  • Cooperate with quality management and standards bodies.
  • Implement a communication strategy to enhance awareness and ownership of quality issues.

Education / Qualifications:

  • Engineering or manufacturing qualification preferred.
  • Membership of professional Quality body is a plus.
  • Degree level qualification advantageous.

Professional Skills/ Abilities:

  • Strong people-focused manager with leadership skills.
  • Experience in maintaining ISO Quality accreditation.
  • Problem-solving skills and knowledge of relevant toolkits.
  • Able to prepare clear documents, reports, and proposals.
  • Project management experience.
  • Able to lead quality improvement in cross-functional teams.
  • Capable of advising on complex quality issues.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in Semi-Conductor compliance preferred.
