Eden Brown Synergy recruitment is working in partnership with an NHS Organisation in Wiltshire, which is seeking to recruit an Informatics Business Partner to join their Business Intelligence Team.
You will report to the Head of Information, and work closely with the Information Team, Head of Performance and Organisation Divisional managers.
The successful post holder will be responsible for driving data literacy and data governance across the Trust, embedding the use of self-service Business Intelligence (BI) and engaging divisions to guide them toward data driven decision making.
This is a Hybrid role and is paying £22.76 per hour PAYE for months initially, with a possibility of becoming permanent.
Your role:
- You will have responsibility for supporting the continued implementation of the new business intelligence tool for the Trust (Power BI) and leading a small team of Informatics Business Partners who are aligned to the four Trust clinical divisions.
- You will support the Trust with information analysis, interpretation of complex data sets and will focus on statistical and predictive analytics.
- You will liaise heavily with departments and feedback findings, providing rich informative analysis that will highlight and contribute toward potential areas of improvement across the Trust.
- You will assist with the development of local information policies to reflect national and local imperatives ensuring these are integral to the strategic direction of the Trust
Person Specifications.
- Experience in creating reports in Power BI
- Good knowledge of SPC (statistical process control) charts and associated methodology
- SQL knowledge
- Public Sector experience (ideally within the NHS/Healthcare)
- Previous experiences working with Emergency Care/Patient Flow related datasets would be an advantage
