Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling daytoday office administrative tasks
- Engaging with customers via telephone
- Maintaining and updating internal systems accurately
- Serving as the primary liaison between customers and contractors
- Efficiently managing diaries and schedules
- Updating and managing documentation
- Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Resolving customer complaints effectively
- Coordinating with suppliers for seamless operations
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in an officebased customer service role
including call centre and high volume calls: - Flexibility in working hours as required
- Availability to commit to a Temporary to Permanent contract
