At Giant Group we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,500 per annum +£12k OTE (uncapped commission)

Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid working)

Hours: 37 hours per week, Mon - Fri between 9am to 7:00pm (rotational shifts)

Tenure: Permanent

The impact of the role

As a Sales Executive , you will have an impact in increasing our customer base within an exciting and fast-paced sales environment. Therefore, as the vital first point of contact you will be handling in and outbound calls. The desired outcome is that your consultative approach and excellent customer service will convert warm leads into new clients.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to warm leads.
  • Taking a consultative approach to identify the customer requirements, promote our USPs, overcome any potential objections and convert them.
  • Following up on undecided leads in a timely manner and managing your own sales pipeline.
  • Taking the customer through the onboarding process using our CRM system.
  • Working towards both personal and team KPIs and sales targets.
  • Pro-active issue resolution (necessitates good knowledge and relationships with other internal departments).

Your ideal experience & competencies:

Ideally you would have a proven track record working within a sales environment for at least 2 years.

  • You can only excel in this role with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Being great at building rapport and relationships with your customers, adding value and always being humble.
  • Having tenacity and a proven track record hitting activity and sales targets.
  • You must be able to demonstrate the ability to learn about umbrella company services and possess a high level of resilience with a passion to develop technical, operational and product knowledge, and with a drive to add value to your customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Teams; and updating CRM systems.
