An exciting opportunity has arisen for Catering assistants to join our Team at St Nicholas Hospital to work within the catering department.

We have multiple contracts available for this role.

Please note the majority of the work will be carried out in a freezer environment (approx. -22*C).

The main duties of the role will include;

  • The provision of catering services to patients, staff and visitors.
  • Maintaining good stock control.
  • Following strict policies and protocols regarding food safety.
  • Accepting and correctly storing deliveries.
  • Cleaning tasks, washing pans, equipment, floors, etc. This may include the use of machinery.
