Your New Role...
Joining CNN London's digital sports video team across all CNN platforms; the digital sports video intern will support producers and supervisors across the full spectrum of video production, from the research and pitching stage to postproduction and everything in between.
We're seeking curious, versatile, enthusiastic, and proactive candidates with an interest in both news and features content, long- and short-form video, possessing a blend of technical and editorial skills. They must demonstrate an ability to work under the pressure of news deadlines, along with the thoughtfulness and creativity essential for longer feature projects.
The Sports video unit may be small, but it's responsible for all sports output in the organization, focusing on daily news, feature, and sponsorship content, as well as longer-form video. This internship position offers an opportunity to develop a wide range of skills during the program.

Assist with research Pitching and participating in brainstorms Supporting producers, editors, and shooters both at the studio and in the field Explore sound design and editing in Adobe Premiere. A basic to moderate level of editing experience is essential for this role.Qualifications & Experience...
Undergraduate or postgraduate journalism degree (not required), vocational training, and/or the ability to showcase a portfolio of work/content (e.g., blogs, podcasts, YouTube Channel, etc.) Experience working in team environments, ideally meeting strict deadlines Ability to work efficiently, managing time and multiple priorities effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have a passion for international news Be proactive and willing to engage in any task Knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop is beneficial, but not mandatory.The Internship...
