Any 5 from 7 Days (Normally Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00)

Job Description We are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our team at our Rotherham site.

As a Compliance Coordinator you willwork closely with our internal Health and Safety and compliance teams to ensure the company maintains all required certifications and is legally compliant in all its health, safety and quality activities.


Job responsibilities of a Compliance Coordinator include:
Ensure all training records and safety documentation are maintained accurately, and in line with legislative and company requirements.
Will be responsible for the writing, reviewing, approval and storage of all site controlled documents.

Develop a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP), to ensure a consistent safe working environment for all company employees, contractors and site visitors.

Regularly audit the SMP for compliance, and update accordingly to ensure the alignment of all legislative and company requirements are adhered to.

Assist in the co-ordination and implementation of training and processes relative to Health and Safety and Food Standards programs for the site.

Participate and assist the site management team in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary.

Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed.
Ensure all site inspections are completed in full, and on time. Any corrective actioned required raised accordingly to the site management team.

Ensure all site safety boards and communication zones, including, but not limited to: Health and Safety Policy, Insurance Certification, Site Health & Safety minutes, Site Rules, location of first aid are maintained and current at all times.

Prepare for, and participate in audits such as BRCGS, MHRA and Safety audits.
Communicate, coach and assist the site staff to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met.

Ensure that a high standard of training, BRCGS compliance and Health & Safety is adhered to within the working environment.

Ensuring the site maintenance is completed in a timely manner and is prioritised so that it does not compromise safety and hygiene standards.

Prepare, facilitate and arrange site meetings relative to training, compliance audits and safety.
Qualifications As a Compliance Coordinator you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:
Maintain training records and trainings for MHE.
Support and Co-ordinate BRCGS Auditing, following up BRCGS non conformances.
Responsible for ensuring the Food Safety & Quality Assurance procedures are complied with when performing inspections.
Support the sites to ensure the attainment of BRCGS.
Support with document control, corrective and preventative action and trend analysis.

Work with site representatives to manage Quality Management and Operating Procedures including all Hygiene Operations, Allergen Management and Pest Control.

Liaise with fellow Regional SHEQ colleagues and attend & participate in Regional SHEQ Meetings.
