50-minute drive from Cardiff, 20 minutes from Newport and 30 minutes from Cwmbran.

Your responsibilities:

Develop and create a programme suitable for children ages 2-4, with the view for this to extend up to year 6.

Maintain a clean and tidy learning environment consistent with the Local Authority's standards.

Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities following the National Curriculum.

Communicate with parents regularly to better understand the children's background, as well as update on class progress.

Job requirements:

Proven experience as a Primary Teacher, holding valid QTS.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of child development, the National Curriculum and Foundation and KS1 teaching methods.
