Requirements as a Support Worker in Fareham

  • To promote, safeguard and protect the welfare of our residents
  • Establish and maintain positive and trusting relationships with our residents

  • Supported living home supporting service users, all on a 1:1 ratio or 2:1 depending on their needs
  • Service users have Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour
