Main responsibilities:

  • Maintaining good housekeeping and general tidiness
  • Strictly adhering to a Health & Safety policies
  • Maintain the supply of materials to the printing presses
  • Ensuring that inks and solvents are at hands for Printers
  • Laying of printing plates
  • Cleaning of printing plates
  • Assisting in the setting up of the printing press
  • Washing up of ink units & preparing them for the next colour


Manual lifting/light warehouse duties will form part of the role, so we are looking for people who are generally fit and willing to get "hands on".

No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given.

The shift offered is 12 hours per day spread over day and night shift.

  • Friday 6:0018:00 two weeks days,


 Sunday
  • Thursday 18:006:00 two weeks nights

Salary:

- £11.49 plus 5% bonus each month after a 3 month probationary period.

  • Overtime rate at time and a 1⁄2 beyond 50 hrs per week.
