A diverse role with the opportunity to manage various activities and workstreams, has become available within the commercial pricing team here at AXA UK.

As a Pricing Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for the planning and implementation for a number of transformation initiatives, including the AXA commercial key transformation programme, Blueprint.

The Blueprint programme is built upon the foundation of transformational changes to the commercial business that will deliver the planned Goss Written Premium, loss ratio and expense ratio benefits.

Committed in our strategic business plan these changes will be delivered through a combination of process, people, organisation and technology change that will come together to embody the new operating model.

As the Pricing Delivery Manager, you'll have accountabilities for all aspects of pricing release delivery, ensuring a smooth transition and acceptance into the commercial operating environment.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.


What you'll be doing:


Own the pricing plan and deliverables, ensuring any transition state delivered by the programme is acceptable to and adopted by the commercial operation.


Coordinate with related SCRUMs including vendor, IT teams, product owners and testing to support the delivery of the priority business requirements and business outcomes.

Manage dependencies between SCRUMS and into the wider pricing plans.


Accountable for all aspects of risk management on pricing activity in the wider programme and take action to unblock problems and issues impacting successful delivery.

Attend relevant change forums to ensure that pricing activity is communicated and scheduled.

Create varied media to communicate goals and progress including business cases, plans and status reports.

Secure budget for pricing initiatives and manage budgets moving forward.

Management of scope and invoke appropriate change control.

Drive forward the AXA Pricing data transformation, including liaising with the data protection team and the central data hub.

What we're looking for:
Experience of complete delivery of transformation projects.

Knowledge and experience of commercial products.

Excellent communication and networking skills.

Knowledge of Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Ability to adapt and reprioritise quickly to ensure emerging risks are appropriately managed and progressed.

Sound understanding of the change and planning cycle.

Experience of working on business change/transformation programmes in a regulated environment.

Ability to manage multiple activities of varying complexities.

Knowledge of change management methodologies, tools and processes.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
