Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Role Profile:

Exciting opportunity to support the Halfords business by providing effective business partnering to stakeholders and creating financial reports to drive decision-making. As a Finance Business Partner, you play a crucial role in financial control and decision-making processes.

What will the role involve?

  • Supporting Finance teams in delivering business strategy and driving performance with financial support.
  • Producing financial analysis and commentary for weekly and monthly reporting to facilitate decision-making.
  • Assisting the Finance Leadership Team in cost control, operational efficiencies, and budgeting processes.
  • Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and risk analysis for future activities.
  • Providing financial analysis to key stakeholders and supporting various projects.
  • Appraising investments and business opportunities through financial modeling.
  • Presenting to the B2B Retail Leadership Team on monthly performance and strategic initiatives.

  • Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in reporting and analysis.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, desirable knowledge of PowerBI.
  • Enthusiastic about career progression and success in the business.
  • Fully qualified chartered accountant with property experience preferred.
  • Office-based role in Redditch with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite.
