The Company
Our client is a global, highly profitable and award winning SaaS provider.

With ambitious plans to continue their expansion plans in 2023 they are looking to hire a Channel Manager to help develop their partner program.

Their solution's allow businesses to achieve brand consistency, legal compliance and effective customer engagement across multiple technology + devices. With over 50k customers in 150 countries.


This role will be part of their worldwide channel team, responsible for planning and executing the partner programme across the EU region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting new VARS, MSPs and Distributors in line with their key partner criteria
  • Developing existing partners with high performance potential
  • Onboarding and enablement of new Channel partners.
  • Managing the daytoday relationship with key partners
  • Ensures that partners meet the requirements of their tier in the Partner Programme through effective business planning and QBRs
  • Acting as a liaison between strategic partners and the team of sales representatives.
  • Delivering value propositions and other key messaging to the partner community.
  • Meeting or exceeding quota for key partners.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise


You will need to have significant demonstrable experience in selling business to business, with related experience in a software company in the UK market in a senior channel role.


As well as:

  • English and Dutch language skills are essential and an additional European language would be an advantage in supporting this region.
  • Experience in taking SaaS solutions to market through channel partners
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisation
  • Ability to close business while achieving a high level of partner satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree
