As the overall leader of the digital products business incubator ("Element Digital") at Element, you will have full responsibility for:

Product Ideation:
Develop innovative ideas for products within the Element digital portfolio.

Commercial Success:
Ensure the commercial success of all digital products.

Cultivating Innovation:
Create a diverse and inclusive atmosphere that fosters innovation and high-quality work.

Build and scale Element's Digital product incubator organization.
# Contribute to revenue goals and break-even targets for digital products.
# Mitigate business risks through technical strategy and leadership.
# Oversee design, delivery, and management of products.
# Ensure team success by removing roadblocks and championing their performance.
# Track and analyze key metrics to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

12+ years of experience in digital product leadership.
# Deep knowledge of Agile processes and workflows.
