We are looking for a passionate Level 2 or above Qualified Early Years Assistant to work in our small and friendly Nursery.
We are committed to curiosity-led learning to support children's sense of awe and wonder.Responsibilities and Duties
- To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children in our nursery.
- To work as part of a team in providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children. (Ages range from 9 months to 4 year olds).
- To assist in the development of a stimulating range of resources and activities relevant to the age and needs of the children in the setting, which encourage independence and self motivation.
- To ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene and welfare whilst maintaining adequate supervision of the conduct of the children attending the setting.
- To treat information of matters relating to the work within the setting as confidential.
- To ensure nursery policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- To support the management team in striving to deliver an outstanding setting
- To provide inclusive play and learning opportunities for all children attending the setting
- Any other duties that may be required
