Support Worker / Warrington / Young People
Support Workers are required to join an established care provider in the Warrington area who supports young people with challenging behaviours.
Requirements:
- Working within a staff team to provide therapeutic support to children and young people within a residential care home
- Supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Working within a 4 bedded children's service, ensuring all children have their individual support needs met
- Working within an OFSTEDregulated service, ensuring all support meets OFSTED standards
- Warrington based
Contract:
- Fulltime, permanent contract
- 2 days on, 4 days off plus sleeps
Requirements:
- Support Worker experience needed
- Ideally NVQ Level 3 in children and young people, but not essential
- Driving Licence
