We are currently looking to hire a Desktop Support Engineer for our financial operations HUB in London.

At our Hub, we strive for success by combining technological expertise, industry knowledge, customer focus, and a dedicated product & commercial team.

Purpose:

The HUB is in need of a desktop support engineer to handle the setup and maintenance of corporate IT systems and laptops at our London office and remotely for UK users.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure new Hub staff are integrated into the corporate IT infrastructure.
  • Configure and distribute new and replacement laptops, as well as decommission laptops for departing employees.
  • Provide support for corporate IT tools in the Hub London office.
  • Offer desktop assistance to London and UK staff.
  • Create technical documentation outlining standard procedures.

About You:

Must have:

  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a love for IT.
  • Good communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Experience with ticket management systems.
  • Proficiency in configuring various devices and Microsoft Office 365 administration.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with JAMF, Microsoft InTune MDM, Microsoft Defender 365, and JAMF Protect.
  • Experience in IT asset management.
