We are partnered with a highly reputable London Estate Agents seeking a Sales & Lettings consultant to become part of their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay organized and exhibit excellent time management skills.
  • Book property viewings promptly and follow up with potential tenants and buyers.
  • Address queries efficiently via phone or email.
  • Utilize property portals for advertising.
  • Offer expert market insights on trends, rental prices, and resale values.
  • Maintain the CRM system in accordance with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and keep documentation up to date.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
  • Negotiate favorable outcomes for all parties involved to facilitate seamless transactions.
