We are looking for a highly skilled Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join the customer service team in Maidenhead.

Previous experience in service / aftersales and possession of a full UK Driving License are preferred.

As a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing customer requirements in person and over the phone with a professional and welcoming attitude
  • Managing Work in Progress (WIP) for the workshop
  • Organizing MOT and service appointments
  • Keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicles, overseeing all tasks to ensure timely completion, and communicating any potential delays
  • Clarifying the repair basis to customers and workshop - Retail / Warranty / Contract
  • Recommending additional workshop services/repairs when appropriate
  • Adding necessary parts to work in progress
  • Checking account information and available credit, securing authorization, and obtaining order numbers from clients
  • Ensuring parts are ordered once authorization is granted
The ideal candidate for the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor role will possess:

  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and administrative expertise
  • Proactive work approach
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Technical knowledge
  • Analytical skills, including handling statistical and cost data
  • Proficiency in fast-paced environments, capable of multitasking independently and as part of a team


Working hours for the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor position: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and every other Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm with overtime pay.
