Business Technology (BT) is the largest and fastest growing practice at Capgemini Invent. We are a trusted technology consulting & transformation business partner to our clients' Chief Digital Information Officers (CDIOs) and the global Capgemini Group. Our Digital Workplace practice leads our change management offer within BT. Change management is vital in technology adoption in an ever-complex, digital, and interconnected society. In today's world, organisations now face a substantial number of changes, coming at an increasing rate, further underpinning the need to be agile. An overview of the role

The focus of your role is to drive transformational change for our clients to achieve business growth opportunities through workplace and employee experience transformation. You will bring clients vision of an empowered digital workplace to life using low code no code technologies to support critical business challenges, designing digital business application strategies, and building colleague-centric solutions to guide workplace transformation. As part of this, you will coach clients through the agile development / DevOps processes, utilise design thinking to reach solutions and be able to define and measure business value.

As a Managing Consultant in the business you'll help set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team. Key expectations from this role include:

Guiding the strategic vision for clients using Power Platform in the workplace, developing offers that align with Group, and other Capgemini capabilities (i.e., security, data, automation, sustainability) Inspiring clients with thought-leadership on Power Platform trends for the workplace and opportunities to drive their investments towards transformative work that will unlock new value in their organisation. Providing understanding and fresh perspectives of how Power Platform can be implemented within the workplace and how organisations can maximise return on investments, considering governance frameworks and structures that are needed. Inventing new frameworks to map benefits and metrics of using Power Platform to business outcomes and metrics, to continuously support the AI business case. Leading the adoption of Power Platform and low code technology, through shaping the change strategy and deployment, helping the c-suite bring the business along the way with empathy. Driving alignment of senior business and technical leaders on the low code technology benefits, showing mastery of communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Leading the development of bespoke Power Platform systems, using Agile project development principles and practices.

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

· Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.

· Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.

· Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

We'd love to meet someone with:

· Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.

· Experience of proposition building and delivery.

Track record of overseeing and delivering large scale digital transformation projects, delivering tangible results and benefits for clients Delivery leadership in the adoption of Power Platform solutions at an enterprise level, using recognised adoption methodologies and tracking benefits. Ability to design solution architectures for Power Platform, being able to guide business and technology stakeholders through the Discovery, Design and DevOps. Technical understanding of Power Platform and Microsoft capabilities, with the engineering background to build credibility with senior client stakeholders. UK Security clearances

Additionally, you should have the following experience:

Currently working in a major consulting firm, or in industry with some consulting background. This can be internal consulting within a major company also. Understanding of Power Platform solutions, development methodologies, trends, risks, and mitigation strategies. Understanding of ethical considerations of artificial intelligence, how it can be impacted by human bias, and techniques to resolve this. Ease engaging with C-suite stakeholders to influence their investment decision in AI technologies and champion products to be deployed. Proven experience in securing, tracking, growing consulting work sales pipeline across multiple accounts and markets through previous experience and industry contacts / network. Ability to build, grow and lead cross-functional teams, to coach direct and indirect reports, drive cohesion and contribute to the wellbeing of the people working for you. Mastery in creating high-quality, creative, and compelling presentations to senior business and technology leaders.
