We are looking for a dynamic and strategic individual to join our esteemed organization, Technology Holdings, as an Alliance and Partnership Manager. This role plays a crucial part in identifying, nurturing, and overseeing strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance our firm's market positioning, broaden our client base, and promote business growth. The ideal candidate should have exceptional relationship-building skills, a deep knowledge of financial markets, and a successful track record in forming partnerships within the investment banking sector.


  • Due Diligence and Risk Assessment:
    Conduct thorough due diligence evaluations on potential partners, looking into their financial stability, reputation, and compliance with regulatory standards. Evaluate potential risks and create strategies to protect the interests of the investment bank.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as investment banking, corporate finance, legal, compliance, and risk management, to ensure harmony and alignment in partnership ventures.

  • Market Intelligence and Analysis:
    Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and competitor actions in the investment banking arena.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    Track and analyze critical performance indicators related to partnership activities, like deal flow, revenue generation, and client acquisition. Develop regular reports and presentations to review partnership performance and offer insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Over 5 years of solid experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic partnership functions within the financial services sector. Profound understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory frameworks. Possess strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a commitment to achieving targets and delivering exceptional results.
