The Opportunity


As part of a successful and growing Electrical department, you'll provide support to the team that's been delivering industry leading design solutions for decades.

Your organisational and communication skills will help you interact with internal and external contacts to deliver projects within time, quality and budget constraints.

You'll also work to play an integral role in the driving of quality standards and the development of the team as a whole.


Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of MEP Services
  • Have detailed working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD
  • Fully understand the BIM Level 2 Delivery process
  • Work across a number of projects, as part of a single or multi discipline design team.
  • Actively contribute to a multidisciplinary design team where required.
  • Assure the quality of all output to the lead engineer.
  • Assure the design is produced in line with the company processes
  • At times work to challenging programmes

Requirements:

  • Preferably qualified in either Revit or related
  • Recent training/knowledge of the developing BIM Level 2 Delivery
  • Experience working as a MEP Revit Coordinator
  • A comprehensive, current knowledge base of all electrical building and infrastructure services
  • Familiar with assurance processes, codes of practice, standards and relevant sections of statutory documentation
  • Ability to liaise and coordinate with clients, Architects and all other members of the Design Team.
  • Experience of clash detection/resolution process using both Navisworks and Revit.
