If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Kitchen and FOH Team member at Get Baked in Headingley, Leeds.


This customer-facing role requires you to be passionate about our brand and be keen to provide an excellent service to the public, alongside integrating well into our amazing team with an ability to work in our on-site kitchen, finishing and serving our baked goods.

The role of a Kitchen and Front of House Member is a unique role that includes a variety of daily tasks, keeping the job exciting and very different from other hospitality roles that you may have experienced.


This position is available as both a full-time position (40 hours a week) or part-time positions are available hours a week). Shifts are varied and spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday. You must be available to work between 9am and midnight.

A few example shifts from our current rota include: 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 3pm-11pm.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in food preparation, including making, preparing and serving our desserts.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area, ensuring dishes are washed, surfaces are sanitised, and waste is correctly managed.
  • Collaborating with other members of the team to execute various tasks required for smooth kitchen operations.
  • Adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols, following all procedures to guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Complying with company policies and procedures relevant to kitchen operations and FOH duties.
  • Serving customers, taking card payments and fulfilling orders.

Requirements -

  • Previous experience working in a kitchen environment and providing customer service is preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion to work in a kitchen, and a genuine willingness to learn and expand your knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highstress environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Friendly and positive attitude to work, with a dedication to providing excellent customer experience.
  • Strong teamworking skills which includes effective communication.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay starting from £11.50 p/h.
  • Pay is reviewed regularly based on performance and responsibility.
