Title:
Order Processor / Sales Administrator


The Best Connection is recruiting for an experienced Order processor to support the Company in the processing of orders/ quotes for doors and windows, and to help with the main daily administrative tasks.


Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.

Pay rate £23,000 annually, 37.5 hours per week.
Order processing/customer service experience within the window/door industry is required.

Main Duties include;

  • Processing orders and quotes into Evolution software
  • Using both Evolution and Evonet together to sustain stable production levels.
  • To keep errors to a minimum and process jobs correctly to avoid excess waste/costs.
  • Liaising with customers regarding any orders/ queries
  • Organising the delivery schedule
  • Work extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable.
  • Provide assistance to the Office Manager / Directors as required
  • Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers.

  • Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
