As part of the European Markets, Group Commercial (GC) and Data and Analytics team, the role holder will have a unique opportunity to drive impact across our global footprint and work with local market teams to deliver key transformational programmes within HR and the business.

The role holder will be responsible for driving all cross-functional HR and business transformation programmes working closely with the European Markets HR teams and Group Commercial HRBPs.

Working for the Senior HR Manager – European Markets, the role holder will interface with key stakeholders in markets to enable delivery of our transformational plans (e.g. HR Directors and their DRs, selected Commercial leaders) as well as interfacing into the respective CoE teams to ensure alignment to market needs.

The role holder will also provide Strategic HR Business Partnering to members of the Group Commercial leadership team, to define and implement people plans which support business and customer growth.

Drive transformation and programmes plans and implementation across EU Markets and Group Commercial
Drive the HR agenda within Group Commercial, partnering with key leaders to deliver on the people priorities
Strong networking and communications skills
Good understanding of Vodafone Group or Opco projects and services
Commercial management skills - numerate, analytical & professional
