Production Operative role - Poynton - Days - No Weekends

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 7:30am until 4:30pm with a 2pm finish on a Friday (No weekends).

£10.42 per hour pay (rising to £11.50 per hour depending on performance).

Quarterly performance bonus on offer.

Temporary to permanent role.
The Best Connection are currently looking for Production Operative's to join their very busy client's team. This company manufacture products and distribute to customers all over the world. There is multiple stage to the production process, so this role is varied. This role is temporary to permanent for the right person depending on performance. No experience is needed as full training and support will be given.

Day to day duties include:

  • Assembling products to customer specification
  • Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines
  • Quality checking products
  • Packing items ready for dispatch

Responsibilities:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time keeping
  • Be able to hit production targets
