Brand Marketing Executive

Job summary:


As a Brand Marketing Executive you will work with the wider marketing team and support the Brand Marketing Manager with the co-ordination of marketing and advertising activities for a variety of automotive brands we represent.

You will take direction from the Directors and Brand Directors to support business objectives as outlined by both JCT600 and our brand partners.


You will have main responsibility for Audi, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, smart, and our very own brand, JCT600 Approved, and will be expected to visit the dealerships regularly.

You will also contribute to the growth of the JCT600 brand by ensuring everything you do aligns with our Group marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Updating and maintaining the content for your brands on a variety of online platforms including the JCT600 website, brand retailer websites, AutoTrader, Google business listings, and social media channels
  • Carrying out regular merchandising checks of our stock on the JCT600 website and thirdparty websites such as AutoTrader to ensure the stock imagery and descriptions are of a high standard.
  • Holding regular meetings with Brand Directors to understand their objectives and marketing budgets so you can advise on the most effective marketing channels to generate the best results and return on investment.
  • Working with our agency partner to plan and implement paid marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline media channels e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google PPC etc.
  • Organising brand specific showroom events and assisting the wider marketing team with bigger multibrand Group events and internal colleague events.
  • Ordering indoor and outdoor point of sale for your dealerships and carrying out regular checks to ensure it is of a high standard and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Utilising Google Analytics, our inhouse reporting systems, and reports from our agency partner to analyse and report back the results of your brand campaigns.
  • Supporting the Marketing Management Team with developing their strategic roadmaps and plans to strengthen the JCT600 brand.

Qualifications/Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a marketing role with a good understanding of organic and paid media channels, with experience in media planning and budget management.
  • Knowledge of online platforms such as google analytics, google my business, CRM systems and CMS systems would be beneficial.
  • A customer centric approach; always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, and the ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Confident with relationship building and meeting new people.
  • Selfdriven, with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A valid driving licence which is free from excessive penalties
  • Driving is essential to this role as you will be required to work flexibly by visiting your brand's dealerships on a weekly basis.
