Multi Skilled Roofer

Your daily tasks will be carrying out contracted and reactive works on residential and commercial properties throughout Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

You will be required to carry out repairs, maintenance and replacements to various roof types which include pitch, flat and profile roofs.

All work must be completed in a safe and professional manner, ensuring a consistently high standard at all times.

You will be a valued member of our company who provide an efficient and effective service, creating an environment enjoyable to work in, to include colleagues, both trade and office personnel as part of your team.

You will be required to collect tools and materials from HD6 3 Postcode (Brighouse) in order to carry out your daily tasks.

To be successful in this role, the skills you will need:

• To be qualified to A Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Roofing Occupations or equivalent

Joinery

Plumbing (non-Gas related)

Painting and Decorating

Groundworks

Flooring

Tiling

Plastering

Landscaping

You will be required to
Possess good communication skills across multiple channels

Provide a high-quality service to all customers

To plan and prioritize to ensure the effective use of your own and team's time

Be part of a call out team as and when required (Rota).

Have a full UK Driving License (minor points considered).

Self-motivate, have flexibility and enthusiastic.

Ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure.

Awareness of relevant health and safety policies and protocols.

Salary:
£9.50-£16.00 per hour
