  • Competitive salary paying up to £34,000 Depending on experience
  • Days based position Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5pm, with a 4pm finish on Fridays, 44 hours per week
  • Permanent position with an ever growing business

The Role - Production Supervisor:
  • Responsible for your assigned area, staff and equipment within a very busy food production environment
  • Overseeing up to 60 Production Operatives & 4 Team Leaders
  • Taking responsibility for daily production issues in order to ensure the highest quality at the lowest cost
  • Aiming to achieve daily production targets
  • Developing a culture of continuous improvement for quality & service
  • Monitoring & controlling Production lines
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and house keeping
  • Driving and achieving daily production plans
What our client is looking for in a Production Supervisor:
  • Proven Team Leader/Supervisory experience within a Food Production environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to solve any issues that may arise
