Main Functions of the position

  • To receipt, booking in, storage, issue, return and dispatch of stock.
  • Maintenance of accurate stock levels.
  • Housekeeping of warehouse and goods in area
Main tasks of the position

  • Accurate booking in, issue, splitting, allocation, return of stock to and from production.
  • Prepare, check and assemble correct stock for dispatch. Prepare, check and collate all relevant dispatch documents ensuring any applicable data loggers are present.
  • Accurate transfer of stock between several units. Checking and confirming pallet details.
  • Update movement records, upkeep stock records on two stock systems.
  • Investigate and solve any stock queries.
  • Safe operation of FLT and manual handling. Perform pre op checks and inform management of deficient equipment.
  • Performance of regular stock audits.
  • Performance of regular housekeeping in warehouses. Organisation of warehouse space/ storage.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of business and aid in achieving wider business goals.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor with training of new Warehouse staff.
  • Securing site/ challenging unauthorized or suspicious visitors.
  • To perform all duties in strict accordance with cGMP.
  • To ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards where applicable.
  • To perform any other duties that are deemed to be reasonable by Senior Management.
Hours of work

Monday-Thursday 17:00-01:00

Job Types:

Salary:
£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
