- Collate and report monthly and fortnightly payroll data to be passed onto the Payroll Executive to be processed.
- Manage the internal HR inbox and respond to queries efficiently.
- Ensure that the internal personnel filing system is maintained accurately.
- Prepare and produce HR related written communications and correspondence such as contracts, offer letters etc.
- Assist with general HR tasks as required.
- Assist with the training of new and temporary employees.
- Maintaining a professional approach when dealing with HR issues and remaining confidential at all times whilst adhering to data protection legislation.
- Excellent administration skills

- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
