If so, we have an opportunity for a HR Administrator in Ripon, to join a leading employer in the marketing and fulfilment sector on either a full time or part time basis, assigned to a one year fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company that can offer long term development and who work with many well-known brands internationally. You will take responsibility for providing comprehensive administrative support to the existing HR team, whilst also taking monthly responsibility for payroll preparation and data collection. To be successful in this position you will be an accomplished Administrator or Coordinator, and be able to operate in a fast paced, varied role. Whilst HR and payroll experience is beneficial, it is by no means essential, and our client is more than happy to consider applicants with transferable skills and the right attitude. HR Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining administrative procedures within the HR team, ensuring all HR administration duties are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Collate and report monthly and fortnightly payroll data to be passed onto the Payroll Executive to be processed.
  • Manage the internal HR inbox and respond to queries efficiently.
  • Ensure that the internal personnel filing system is maintained accurately.
  • Prepare and produce HR related written communications and correspondence such as contracts, offer letters etc.
  • Assist with general HR tasks as required.
  • Assist with the training of new and temporary employees.
  • Maintaining a professional approach when dealing with HR issues and remaining confidential at all times whilst adhering to data protection legislation.

As HR Administrator you will receive a salary of circa £23,400 per annum. Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, however our client will also consider part time hours in the region of 10am – 2pm, 5 days per week. On top of this you will also have access to a fantastic benefits package including flexible working, onsite food, healthcare scheme, fitness classes and company pension Holiday entitlement is 23 days per annum, and this is an office based position.
