PGIM's Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition to support our PGIM businesses, translating business and talent strategies into recruiting plans.

The ideal candidate you have experience forming relationships, influencing stakeholders, building strategies, and performing flawlessly. This role will work a hybrid schedule from our London office.

As part of the global Talent Acquisition team, direct and lead projects and recruiting related activities across the Talent Acquisition Organization.

Implement and optimize recruitment processes, maximizing Workday and the use of data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Serve as a regional subject matter expert on recruiting strategy, policies, and procedures within the businesses.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and industry networks.
Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership roles, demonstrating success in building and leading a high performing team.
~5-7+ years of experience within a Talent Acquisition function.
~ Asset Management market knowledge and experience working in the UK and European markets.
~ Experience in building and leading sourcing strategies.
~ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
~ Good judgment with the ability to interface effectively with senior executives.
~ Utilization of market intelligence and recruitment marketing to connect with top talent.
~ Data inspired with the ability to analyze, identify key issues, and prepare recommendations.

Annual Leave of 25 to 28 days, based on years of service, at full pay.
