About the Role:


In line with their strategic expansion objectives, our client is seeking a dynamic Sales / Business Development Manager to join their team.

This pivotal position entails spearheading sales initiatives within the SFS (Steel Frame Systems) sector, contributing to the company's ongoing growth trajectory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to devise and execute a comprehensive sales, marketing, and PR strategy.
  • Drive engagement through various channels, including exhibitions, CPD sessions, and professional presentations.
  • Gradually assume full sales autonomy, allowing the Managing Director to concentrate on strategic leadership within the organisation.

RequirementsRequirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, particularly within the steelframed building solutions domain or related sectors.
  • Ability to independently generate leads while effectively managing incoming enquiries.
  • A commitment to excellence and a drive to contribute to the company's ongoing success.
