We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives, to work for a well-known toy distributor, based in Banbury.

Shifts:

  • AM Shift
  • Monday
  • Friday (07:00 15:30)


 PM Shift
  • Monday
  • Friday (15:30 00:00)


 Night Shift
  • Sunday (00:0006:30) & Monday Thursday (22:00 07:00)

Pay:

  • AM Shift
Payment per hour = £11.44 per hour.

  • PM shift Payment per hour = £ _£10.75 per day PM shift bonus anything over 4 hours _
  • Night shift Payment per hour = £11.44+ _£19.69 per day night shift bonus anything over 4 hours _
  • Overtime Rate _£17.16 per hour if over 40 hours per week has been completed_

Warehouse Operatives, duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Order Picking and Packing orders
  • Visual inspection and quality checking
  • Loading, ensure that all loads agree with transport paperwork and are loaded to time, stacked in the correct sequence, and are configured and restrained correctly.
  • Working to targets and company standards
  • General housekeeping/cleaning of warehouse and packing area

The Person:

  • Happy to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
  • Accept the occasional irregularity of hours to achieve completion of important tasks
  • Driven and motivated to achieve targets set
  • Punctual and excellent attendance records
  • Experience is preferred but full training given so not absolutely necessary
