Due to Company growth, we are recruiting for a Production Admin Assistant to work as a liaison between the factory and office at our factory based in Cumbernauld, as well as support Production and Operation Managemnt.

There are various aspects of administration.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • General admin duties.
  • Liaising with Office and Despatch for orders leaving
  • Data input on company systems.
  • Customer service.
  • Adhoc tasks.
This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit someone with knowledge of a factory setting.

Someone who enjoys a fast paced and varied environment, enjoys using their initiative, is flexible, and has a 'can do' attitude.
