Your role
In the role of Technical Test lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

Requiredn- Talent should possess extensive hands-on Test Automation experience using Java, Cucumber , .Net, C#, Specflow with BDD/TDD methodology.n
- Basic Java, C# and .net programmingn
- Talent should be able to understand different layers of a Java, .Net and C# based applications. Such as front end, API's, services, and databases etc.n
- Talent should be able to understand Object oriented programming concepts.n
- Talent should be able to use code repos such as GIT, ADO and TFS. They should be able to checkout, make changes and check in the Java code to repository.n
- Good Expertise on Jenkins/ ADO & Git branching strategy.n
- Talent should be able to understand and create CI/CD pipeline using JavaScript or Pythonn
- Hands on experience in maintaining test scripts on Azure DevOps or TFS of any test management tool.n
- Talent should have good understanding of different types of applications such as web based, thick client and products etc.n
- Talent should have clear understanding of databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and data models.n
- Talent should understand .net design patterns such as MVVM, MVC etc.

- Talent should be able to analyze the given scenario and come up with the test approach.n
- Problem solving skills. Talent should have ability to solve the problem and situation applying his knowledge and skills.n
- Talent should be able to resolve conflicts of interest in the team.n

- Ability to speak to customer: Talent should be able to speak to Product owner and understand the requirements by asking right questions.
- A test automation expert who has worked on Energy Trading and risk management applications.n
- Talent with Technical and hands-on Test Automation experience using Specflow with .Net, C# by following BDD/TDD methodology.n
- Talent with abilities to analyze and come up with appropriate automation strategies by applying his knowledge and expertise to support our customer's needs.n
- Talent with ability to adjust in continuously evolving projects and work with a team which is focused on next generation testing technologies.
