Dale Building Maintenance Ltd is a specialized property maintenance company with its Head Office / Customer Contact Centre based in Cardiff, along with regional operational offices in Swansea, Bristol, Southampton, and Devon / Cornwall. With over 35 years of experience, we offer maintenance and repair services to various clients including Retail, Housing Associations, Leisure, Government, Insurance Companies, and Domestic households.

We are currently looking to expand our team and are in need of a skilled Maintenance Carpenter/Multiskilled Tradesman to join us in the Cardiff and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should have:

- Excellent trade knowledge in Reactive Maintenance and Minor Building Works
- Ability in additional trades and multi-skilled tasks
- Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
- Punctuality and ability to work independently
- Effective communication skills
- Availability for emergency call outs on a rotating basis
- Good administrative and IT skills including the use of hand-held devices

- Earning potential ranging from £28,000 to £38,000 per year
