Key Responsibilities:

As an Estate Agent / Lettings Negotiator, your primary role will involve generating and securing valuations, organizing property viewings, negotiating agreements, finalizing lets, and ensuring smooth transactions until completion.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales is advantageous
  • Proven ability to drive new business in a dynamic and target-oriented setting
  • Exceptional customer care and service skills
  • Must exhibit resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in IT systems such as MS Office, internet, and email platforms
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle
