An award winning sustainable D2C company is seeking a UX/UI Web Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will combine customer insight with intuitive, conversion focused design, and on-brand execution.

You'll need to be a quick mover who is always testing and iterating based on data and insights.

Collaborating with the Growth, Creative and Development teams, your role will involve creating top-notch experiences and flows across the website.

You'll be responsible for gathering user insight through methods like interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.

Understanding customer needs and behaviors, you'll build intuitive web pages that solve problems and provide a delightful user experience.

Your tasks will range from wireframes to final designs ready for development, driving the design process forward efficiently.

After each release, you'll review the performance, analyze learnings, and find ways to enhance it.

  • Maximize the team's impact through a test, learn, iterate design process
  • Require 3-5 years of experience in web and e-commerce with a solid grasp of UX/UI principles
  • Proven track record of designing work that led to measurable performance improvements
  • Enjoy diving deep into data and details to enhance existing features and journeys
  • Passionate about understanding customers and translating that into effective design
