Main Responsibilities:
- Data entry onto HR System maintaining an efficient, accurate electronic filing and archiving system in compliance with GDPR.
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
- Take minutes at meetings when required
- Monitor relevant inboxes and filter calls as required
Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience in an HR administrator role desirable.
- Proficiency with MS Office packages, Excel etc
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
