Main Responsibilities:

  • Data entry onto HR System maintaining an efficient, accurate electronic filing and archiving system in compliance with GDPR.
  • Filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Take minutes at meetings when required
  • Monitor relevant inboxes and filter calls as required

Experience/Skills:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrator role desirable.
- min 1 years experience in admin role - essential

  • Proficiency with MS Office packages, Excel etc
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

  • Dunkeld: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
