Regulatory Lawyers

Are you a qualified lawyer with experience in regulatory or inquest cases? If so, my client, a top 50 UK firm, is looking to hire an Assistant Lawyer who will be supporting a Partner in handling criminal regulatory cases and inquest work.
- This role involves client-facing responsibilities and requires someone with rights of audience as a Solicitor or Barrister.
- The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building client relationships, providing legal solutions, and engaging in networking and business development activities.
The main focus of this role will be on Health and Safety/Regulatory work, particularly with corporate risk clients.
As part of your responsibilities, you will be reviewing prosecution evidence, drafting statements, and liaising with various parties including clients, courts, and regulators.
In return for your expertise, the salary for this position can go up to £50K depending on experience. The role also offers remote work options with two days in the office weekly, 25 days of holiday, and a comprehensive benefits package.
